Case Overview

Partner Daniella Main of Vartabedian Katz Hester & Haynes LLP, with assistance from associate Georgina St. Johns, represented Air 6 Holdings LLC, an aviation parts supply and repair company, in the prosecution of a breach of contract against Advanced AOG, Inc. Air 6 and Advanced AOG entered into several business transactions through which Air 6 facilitated certain exchange sales for Advanced AOG. The exchange sales were structured to allow Advanced AOG to receive operable parts in exchange for its inoperable parts. Advanced AOG never returned the inoperable parts, causing Air 6 to incur financial losses associated with the value of said parts. Air 6 made several attempts to resolve the dispute by requesting either the return of the inoperable parts or payment for the same. Advanced AOG refused to do either, and Air 6 filed a breach-of-contract action against Advanced AOG in Tarrant County, Texas, to recover its actual damages incurred in connection with these transactions. The parties were ultimately able to resolve the dispute without the need for extensive litigation, and the case was dismissed on July 3, 2025.
