Kshitiz Gautam focuses his practice on representing employers in workplace law matters, including preventive advice and counseling. Before joining VKHH, Kshitiz practiced general commercial litigation at several large firms, where he learned foundational litigation skills representing both national and regional clients through various stages of litigation. During law school, Kshitiz was an editor for the Virginia Law Review and gained practical litigation experience as a member of his school’s Federal Sentence Reduction Clinic and an intern for the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.
