Daniella also litigates matters involving consumer fraud, data privacy, policyholder insurance, trade secrets misappropriation, and FDCPA violations. Represented a Fortune 50 insurance company in a dozen cost of insurance class action matters with potential exposure of over $1 billion, including securing summary judgment rulings which resulted in a favorable global settlement of all suits involving that particular policy.

In re 3G Sunsetting Consumer Class Action (C.D. Cal.)
Represented a Fortune Global 50 automotive manufacturer in a consumer class action lawsuit brought by car owners involving the loss of certain in-vehicle connected technologies services due to the sunsetting of 3G cellular networks, including securing voluntary dismissal of plaintiffs’ entire lawsuit.

Represented a national medical group in multidistrict litigation arising from an alleged patient information breach.

FDCPA Class Action Litigation (Mult. Jdx.)
Representing plaintiffs against billion-dollar parking companies in multiple class actions involving consumer deception claims involving the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Represented national waste management broker against competitor in federal trade secrets misappropriation litigation involving claims under the Texas Uniform Trade Secrets Act and Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

Represented multi-billion dollar cryogenic tank manufacturer in international arbitration against competitor involving breach of contract and noncompete violations.

Employee Raiding and Lift-Out Litigation (Tex. and Bankr. S.D. Tex)
Served as lead trial counsel for a national engineering firm in an unfair competition and theft of trade secrets action against a former regional executive and a competitor alleged to have orchestrated the coordinated departure of nearly half of the company’s workforce and several lucrative client contracts.

Ponzi Scheme Recovery Litigation and Arbitration (S.D.N.Y and AAA)
Represented a multibillion-dollar insurance company against perpetrators of a highly publicized Ponzi scheme in parallel multiyear litigation and arbitration proceedings before the Southern District of New York and the American Arbitration Association.

Medical Device Manufacturer Disputes (AAA and N.J. Super. Ct.)
Served as counsel to a multinational medical device manufacturer in various litigations and arbitration proceedings involving breach of contract and related issues before the American Arbitration Association and New Jersey Superior Court.
