Todd advises and counsels clients on crafting and implementing multi-state policies and procedures, hiring practices, employee discipline and discharge decisions, and issues related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, pregnancy and disability, accommodations, leaves of absence, paid time off and vacation, and multi-jurisdictional paid sick and safe leave laws and paid family and medical leaves. Todd is experienced in conducting wage and hour audits, advising clients on employee/independent contractor classification issues, and conducting and supervising internal investigations, as well as investigations conducted by administrative agencies like the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and state/local human rights commissions.
