This experience extends to advising clients should an employee complaint occur, evaluating risks before taking any adverse employment actions, and reducing the potential of retaliation when claims have been made by existing employees against others. We also have significant experience litigating cases involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, including putative class actions.
