Ashlee Goller serves as Director of Talent and Marketing at Vartabedian Katz Hester & Haynes, where she oversees the Firm’s talent, marketing, and business development initiatives. Her role encompasses attorney recruiting and professional development, marketing and communications, client development initiatives, and other efforts supporting the Firm’s attorneys and practices.

Prior to joining VKHH, Ashlee held marketing and communications leadership roles across the legal, government, and public policy sectors. Her experience includes developing and implementing marketing strategies, leading communications initiatives, managing teams, and coordinating client events.

Ashlee is an active member of the Legal Marketing Association (LMA) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA). She earned her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing Management and her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Communication from Texas A&M University.
