Represented Stayton in a prepackaged chapter 11 case implementing the restructuring of Stayton's bond debt. Our attorneys represented the Plan Sponsor in the out of court acquisition of the Stayton, filed the chapter 11 case, and consummated the transaction through a prepackaged plan that was accepted by holders of more than 99% of bonds by amount and approximately 95% of bondholders by number.
