Represented Fitco after its lender aggressively sought to foreclose on its operations. Adversely impacted by COVID and its aftermath, Fitco was a full-service fitness equipment distributor for commercial and residential users with 21 retail locations across Texas. Fitco was able to orderly liquidate the stores and their inventory, and found a buyer for the locations, using the bankruptcy system to preserve jobs and maximize recoveries for creditors.
